Du möchtest mithelfen die politische Kommunikation eines innovativen BioPharma-Unternehmens zu gestalten und Einblicke in das Tagesgeschäft der pharmazeutischen Industrie gewinnen? Dann bist du bei uns richtig. Wir suchen ab Oktober 2026 einen Praktikanten (m/w/d) für unser Government Affairs Team in Berlin.
Du unterstützt uns bei vielfältigen Aufgaben im deutschen gesundheitspolitischen Umfeld und hast die Chance, politische Prozesse zu begleiten und zu gestalten. Hierbei arbeitest du in einem kleinen, engagierten Team mit zahlreichen Schnittstellen zu anderen Unternehmensbereichen.
Was zu deinem Aufgabenspektrum gehört & was du bei uns lernst:
- Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Recherchen im Gesundheitssystem und der Gesundheitspolitik
- Aufbereitung von gesundheitspolitischen Themen und politischen Analysen von AbbVie-relevanten Themen
- Erstellung von PowerPoint Präsentationen, Positionspapieren und Briefingunterlagen
- Unterstützung in der Kommunikation mit internen und externen Shakeholdern
- Unterstützung bei der Planung und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen
- Unterstützung bei der Büroorganisation und Administration
Was du für die Position mitbringst:
- Gültige Immatrikulation für ein Bachelor- oder Masterprogramm für die gesamte Dauer des Praktikums, z. B. in der Fachrichtung Politikwissenschaften, Soziologie, Kommunikationswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaft, Gesundheitsökonomie oder einer vergleichbaren Disziplin
- Verständnis und Kenntnisse im deutschen Gesundheitswesen und der deutschen Politik
- Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Engagement und Kreativität
- Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft-Office-Programmen, insbesondere PowerPoint
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Eine enge Einbindung in das Team sowie sehr gute Vernetzungsmöglichkeiten im Unternehmen und darüber hinaus
- Die Möglichkeit, selbstständig an Projekten zu arbeiten und über den Tellerrand hinaus zu blicken
