The basic requirement for an internship at Schaeffler is proof of enrollment at the time of the internship.

This position must be filled from August 2026 for a period of at least 6 months.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Supporting in the implementation of ETL/ELT processes and the setup and maintenaining of data pipelines in Microsoft Azure, for example Synapse Analytics, Data Factory, etc.
• Assisting in the design and implementation of innovative, application-oriented analysis options, e.g. the correlation between KPIs
• Supporting in the development and provision of HR metrics, reports, and analytical tools for the global HR community
• Participating in global projects in the field of HR Advanced Analytics, e.g. by using the Schaeffler ChatBot and actively helping shape an HR community for topics such as Generative Artificial Intelligence
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field of study
• Good German or English language skills, spoken and written
• Initial experience with databases, ETL processes, or cloud technologies (e.g. Microsoft Azure, SQL, PySpark) and/or with advanced analysis methods (e.g. data mining, predictive analytics) is desirable
• Programming knowledge in Python and SQL is desirable
• Strong communication skills, willingness to learn, and an independent working style
