Customer Solutions & Innovation (CSI) is DHL's cross-divisional commercial and innovation unit. We are responsible for managing about 100 of DHL's largest and most strategically important customers providing them with sector expertise, best in class account management and most innovative products & solutions.

- Apply advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and machine learning techniques to extract actionable insights from complex commercial datasets, supporting data-driven business decisions.
- Analyze customer, sales, and market data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities, leveraging predictive analytics and forecasting to inform commercial strategies.
- Prepare, clean, and transform structured and unstructured data for use in dashboards and reporting tools, ensuring high-quality, reliable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional commercial teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Design and develop impactful dashboards and visualizations that clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrate a proactive, results-driven mindset by taking ownership of tasks, identifying process improvements, and contributing innovative ideas.
- Present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences, tailoring communication to varying levels of technical expertise.
- Support the development and optimization of AI-driven solutions, including Generative AI and agentic AI use cases aligned with commercial objectives.
- Contribute to prompt engineering efforts to enhance AI model performance and usability in business applications.
What We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong foundation in data analysis, statistical techniques, and data modeling concepts.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL, with exposure to large-scale data processing tools such as PySpark being a plus.
- Experience or familiarity with commercial analytics domains (e.g., sales, marketing, customer insights) is advantageous.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to handle and interpret large datasets with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and dashboard development.
- Familiarity with cloud analytics ecosystems, particularly Microsoft Azure (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Data Lake).
- understanding of Generative AI (GenAI) concepts and an interest in emerging AI technologies, including agent-based systems.
- Exposure to prompt engineering concepts for AI models.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex insights to both business and technical audiences.
- Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Experience working in agile methodologies or project-based environments is beneficial.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is an added advantage.
