The basic requirement for an internship at Schaeffler is proof of enrollment at the time of the internship.

This position can be filled from October for a period of 4-6 months.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • You will manage and maintain our innovation platform and support the preparation, implementation and follow-up of innovation campaigns
  • You will test new functionalities and modules on the innovation platform, to ensure usability and AI-powered optimizations
  • You will be involved in the development and further development of AI potential for the area
  • You will support the development of AI applications and automation potentials in the identify, evaluate and put into practice the innovation environment
  • You maintain our trend scouting tool and thus support continuous observation and analysis of current trends
  • You will be involved in the integration of new technologies, especially AI Agents, to automated identification of trends with
  • You will manage and maintain our report platform and support the integration new AI functionalities
  • You will support market analyses and the research of relevant market information about the reporting platform

Your Qualifications

  • You are studying in a field such as economics, industrial engineering, computer science, engineering ideally with an innovation management focus
  • You are interested in innovation, artificial intelligence and new technologies
  • You enjoy using AI potential and automation possibilities in the Identify and further develop the innovation environment
  • You have your first points of contact with AI applications, data analysis or Trend Scouting
  • You are highly proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams
  • You have initial experience with BI tools
  • You have excellent English language skills, both spoken and written
  • Having German language skills is a massive advantage
  • You are strong in communication, think creatively, show high commitment, and work independently and reliably
