THE ROLE

Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources while balancing your studies? We are looking for a motivated Working Student (all genders) for Personnel File Digitalization to join our team at our Headquarters in Nuremberg. In this role, you will play a key part in modernizing our HR administration and transitioning to a fully digital workflow.

Please note that this is an on-site position with the option for partial remote work.

YOUR TASKS

  • Digitalization & Archiving: Digitizing physical personnel files and ensuring they are stored in a structured, organized manner.
  • Data Maintenance: Maintaining and updating employee master data within our HR management system, Rexx.
  • Quality Assurance: Reviewing and verifying recorded data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Full professional working proficiency in English as well as German
  • Current Enrollment: You are currently enrolled as a student at a university or college.
  • Structured Approach: You possess a diligent, detail-oriented, and highly structured way of working.
  • Technical Skills: You are proficient and confident in using MS Office applications.
  • Discretion: You have a strong sense of responsibility and maintain absolute discretion when handling confidential HR and personal data.
  • Bonus Points: Initial experience handling HR software (especially Rexx) is a plus, but not a strict requirement.

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
