Job Responsibilities

Hauptaufgaben

• Organisation von Inhouse-Trainings, Koordination von externen Schulungsmaßnahmen
• Pflege der Schulungsdatenbank
• Überwachung der Einhaltung der Datenschutzgrundverordnung und anderer Datenschutzvorschriften
• Unterstützung im Gesundheitsmanagement u.a. im betrieblichen Eingliederungsmanagement
• Unterstützung im Bereich Innerbetriebliches Vorschlagswesen
• Unterstützung der Personalabteilung (z.B. Bewerbermanagement) im Tagesgeschäft
  
  

Wissen und Ausbildung

• Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, vorzugsweise Schwerpunkt Personal oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen o.ä.
• Erste Erfahrung im Personalbereich von Vorteil
• Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
• Gute SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
• IT-Affinität
• Aufgeschlossenheit, Engagement und Teamfähigkeit
• Diskretion und professionelles Auftreten
