As we continue to expand our presence in Europe, we are looking for a motivated Recruitment Intern to support our growing talent acquisition efforts in Germany.

The Opportunity

This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international logistics environment. You will work closely with hiring managers and the HR team to help attract, engage, and hire top talent across warehouse, operations, and corporate functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, learning quickly, and contributing to a growing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities for various positions across Germany.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach and phone interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data within internal systems.
• Assist with employer branding initiatives, recruitment events, and job fairs.
• Support onboarding activities for new hires when required.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Contribute ideas to improve recruitment processes and hiring efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and human resources.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership of projects and responsibilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Language Requirements

• German: Required
• Chinese (Mandarin): Highly preferred
• English
