To support our Compensation & Benefits team, we are looking for a working student (m/f/d) starting in autumn 2026 for a period of 6 months.

What you can expect:

  • Support in the implementation of fundamental, new legal requirements in the context of remuneration transparency and equal pay
  • Be part of regular remuneration processes such as STI and LTI payouts or the implementation of a salary round
  • Support in the communication and administration of our existing benefits such as job bike, employee share program, smart leasing, etc.
  • Carrying out analyses and preparing presentations and communication materials
  • Administrative support for the team


Your profile:

  • You are studying business administration or a related studies or have already successfully completed your studies
  • You have very good MS Office skills and can quickly familiarise yourself with new processes
  • You have a quick grasp, a structured and responsible way of working
  • You have very good communication skills
  • A precise and analytical approach is just as important as commitment and initiative to contribute your own ideas
  • You have a very good command of written and spoken English and German

Versicherung prüfen

Internationale Studierende

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
