Internship R&D Trimmings&Frabrics & Digital Collection Management HUGO MW (m/f/d)

To support our R&D Trimmings & Digital Collection Management HUGO MW Teams, we are looking for an intern for a period of 6 months starting September 2026.

What you can expect:

• You support the R&D and Collection Management teams throughout the entire collection creation process, including all tasks related to the development, digitalization and procurement of fabrics and trimmings.
• You assist with 3D simulations, working in close collaboration with the Digital Collection Manager and 3D Developer.
• You participate in supplier submissions and communication with national and international suppliers, taking on tasks in a cross-functional interface role.
• You support the creation and evaluation of trimmings and fabrics, continuously adding all necessary information throughout the development process.
• You take responsibility for our Material Library – from archiving materials to maintaining all relevant article data in the PLM system.
• You prepare fabric and trimming cards and update them regularly during the entire development cycle.
• You create digital boards in MIRO, moodboards and presentations to support the creative and development process.
• You support the Collection Management team in various organizational, administrative and creative tasks, including handling different DHL shipments and coordinating seasonal sample orders.
• You attend and support creative and development-related meetings, such as sketch handovers and fittings.
• You assist during Look Book shootings, helping with preparation, organization and on-set support.
• Besides your administrative and organizational support, you bring a strong interest in high-quality materials, a keen eye for detail, and a high degree of flexibility.
  
  
  

Your profile:

• You are studying fashion design, apparel technology or textile management or are attending a fashion school, or have already successfully graduated as a fashion tailor or similar
• You like to work creatively and have an interest in high-quality materials and sustainability
• You have very good knowledge in MS-Office
• You are very skilled at using CLO 3D
• You have a very good command of written and spoken English
• You are a team player with commitment and organizational skills
