Auftragsabwicklung- Unterstützung bei der Entgegennahme und Prüfung von Aufträgen
- Mithilfe bei der Auftragserfassung und -pflege im System
- Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
- Prüfung der Artikelverfügbarkeit in Abstimmung mit dem Lager und Einkauf
- Unterstützung bei der Initiierung von Bestellungen
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Material-Forecasts
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Versanddokumenten, Lieferscheinen und Frachtpapieren
- Nachverfolgung und Überwachung von Lieferterminen
Das bringst du mit
- Du bist eingeschriebener Student
- Du hast eine hohe Affinität zu organisatorischen Aufgaben
- Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365 und MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich und flexibel
- Du bist teamfähig und arbeitest strukturiert sowie selbstständig
