- Gewissenhafte Eingabe, Aktualisierung und Bereinigung von Stamm-, und Bewegungsdaten im ERP-System (z.B. Buchungen, Bestandsabgleiche oder Stammdatenpflege)
- Aufbereitung von Kennzahlen (KPIs) und logistischen Daten sowie die visuelle Gestaltung von Präsentationen für die Team-, und Logistikleitung
- Entlastung des Teams bei operativen logistischen Fragestellungen und der täglichen Organisation des Material-, und Informationsflusses
- Aufnahme von Ist-Prozessen in der Logistik und Erstellung von klaren, verständlichen Arbeits-, und Prozessbeschreibungen (z.B. Standard Operating Procedures / SOPs)
- Laufendes Studium, z.B. im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Logistik / Supply Chain Management oder Wirtschaftsinformatik
- Erste Berufserfahrung in einem ähnlichen Aufgabengebiet
- Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
- Idealerweise Vorkenntnisse in Systemen wie z.B. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics oder Infor
- Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung, Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität sowie Einsatzbereitschaft
- Sehr gute Deutsch-, und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
