Help shape the future of HR through technology. As an Intern, HR Transformation (m/f/d), you will support digital HR initiatives that enhance processes, improve data quality, and drive automation across a global organization. Working closely with experienced HR and technology professionals, you will gain hands-on experience with leading HR systems, contribute to international projects, and explore innovative solutions that transform the employee experience.
During your 6-months internship, you will gain practical insights into SAP SuccessFactors, HR process design and automation, global HR operations and governance, and the growing impact of AI-driven technologies on the future of work.
Explore Your Tasks And Responsibilities
- Support the administration and maintenance of HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors).
- Document HR processes, system procedures, and user guides.
- Support HR digital transformation and automation initiatives.
- Participate in HR system projects, UAT activities, and process improvement.
- Help prepare communication and training materials for new HR system features.Perform HR data validation, cleansing, and quality checks.
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Business Informatics, Data Analytics or related field
- Strong interest in HR technology and digital transformation.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or other HRIS is an advantage.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.

Pflichtpraktika sind weitgehend von Sozialabgaben befreit. Freiwillige Praktika gelten ab einer gewissen Dauer als reguläre Beschäftigung, dann fallen meist Beiträge an.
