What you can expect

• You are the first point of contact for our employees regarding your areas of responsibility and support the HR Operations team in its day-to-day business.
• You independently handle a variety of administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, supporting time management processes, and preparing and processing HR-related correspondence.
• You process employee requests through the Employee Service Point.
• You create employment references using modern tools and provide guidance and support to employees throughout the process.
• You gain comprehensive insights into operational HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
• You actively support ongoing HR initiatives and contribute to a variety of HR projects.
