Purpose of the function

We are looking for a motivated working student (m/f/d) who is passionate about learning, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. In this role, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of learning solutions, knowledge resources and training operations for SAP S/4HANA, Finance processes and service-related capabilities. By supporting our day-to-day learning operations and continuous improvement initiatives, you will help build a sustainable learning ecosystem that enables our global Finance organization.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the Global Finance learning landscape
  • Help create engaging learning experiences by supporting the development and maintenance of digital learning content (SCORM), job aids and knowledge resources
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure learning materials remain accurate, up-to-date and aligned with business needs
  • Support learning operations by administering curricula and learner assignments within the LMS
  • Assist in learning projects related to SAP S/4HANA, process changes and continuous improvement initiatives

Education & Experience

Education

  • Currently enrolled student (m/f/d) at a university or college, ideally in fields like Personnel Development, Business Administration, Educational Sciences, Psychology, Business Information or a comparable degree

Skills And Additional Requirements

  • Interest in digital learning and knowledge management
  • Some experience with e-learning authoring tools and creating digital learning content would be appreciated
  • Interest in finance and business topics is a plus but not mandatory
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Good communication skills in English; German language skills are a bonus
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint)

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
