Service Operations Intern

Cloudworkz is looking for a highly motivated Service Operations Intern to support the continuous improvement of our Services organization while working closely with the Head of Global Services.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, leveraging AI, and helping a fast-growing consulting company operate more efficiently. You will gain hands-on exposure to engineering leadership, customer delivery, business operations, and executive decision-making while contributing to strategic initiatives across the organization.

This is a 6–12 month internship with the opportunity to transition into a permanent Operations Coordinator role based on performance and business needs.

• Support the day-to-day operations of the Global Services organization.
• Maintain operational dashboards, trackers, and business reporting.
• Support operational governance by ensuring recurring activities, approvals, and key milestones are completed on time while highlighting risks and exceptions.
• Analyze operational data, utilization, and resource metrics to support planning and decision-making.
• Research, document, and improve internal processes and business workflows.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive activities using AI and modern productivity tools.
• Support executive reporting, presentations, and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate meetings, track action items, and support effective execution across the organization.
• Assist with recruitment coordination, onboarding, and internal business administration.

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Management, or a related field.
• Full time (preferably) or half time 
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, collaboration tools, and AI assistants such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot.
• Curious about technology, cloud consulting, AI, and business operations.
• Eager to learn, take ownership, and continuously improve the way work gets done.
• Fluent in English.
