Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Strategic Partner & Ecosystem Management: You support partner management tasks such as partner scoutings, strategy processes, contracting processes, analytics or the identification of areas of improvement
- Convince with impactful content: You develop and maintain a robust pipeline of success stories and solution collaterals in collaboration with the global Marketing Communications Team and regional partnership teams in the USA and Asia. This includes creating and maintaining content for various channels, such as the Partner Solution Catalogue, newsletters, partner news, social media, and event/fair planning
- Data is everything: You develop and maintain the PSS Partner Ecosystem (e.g., analyzing website analytics, managing knowledge, and database administration)
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Study field: You are currently studying Business Management, Economics, Engineering, Marketing or similar
- Experience: You have gained prior experience through internships or working student activities, ideally in business, strategy, consulting and/ or marketing, preferably in connection with high-tech products
- Personality: You are an outgoing person who enjoys contributing with ideas and implements them proactively
- Way of working: You are a results-driven person that brings an analytical mind, future & solution-oriented way of thinking, as well as creativity and persistence. You are eager to understand the full context which helps you anticipate tasks better. You take ownership and drive topics independently and proactively
- Background: You possess the affinity to optimize processes and frameworks, to consolidate information and prepare them for management presentations. You are fine with working on technical products & content
- Skills: You are an expert in MS Office (Power Point, Word, Excel)
- Language skills: You have strong English skills, both written and spoken
- CV in English
- Certificate of enrollment at university
- Latest grades transcript (not older than 6 months)
- High school report
- Working part-time: The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
- Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: You must be enrolled and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.
- You should live close to the site: It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.
