Als Werkstudent – Auftragsabwicklung, Export & Stammdatenmanagement (m/w/d) unterstützt du unser Supply Chain- und Export Operations-Team bei der täglichen Auftragsabwicklung, der exportrelevanten Klassifizierung unserer Produkte sowie der Pflege und Verbesserung von Stammdaten.
Du arbeitest eng mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus Auftragsabwicklung, Export, Logistik, Produktmanagement und Engineering zusammen und erhältst praxisnahe Einblicke in die operativen Prozesse hinter unseren fortschrittlichen Drohnensystemen.
What is your Day to Day Mission:
You support our Order Processing and Export Managers in their daily operations, documentation activities, and the tracking of open topics.
You familiarize yourself with our product portfolio and assist in the export-related classification of goods.
You support the submission of applications and requests to the German Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control (BAFA) via the ELAN-K2 portal, as well as through customs portals (e.g., AZG and binding tariff information (vZTA) procedures).
You assist in the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of master data.
You collect, structure, and review product-, customs-, and export-related information.
You support the documentation and tracking of topics using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office.
You identify data inconsistencies, contribute to improving data quality, and support process optimization initiatives.
