The Position

We are looking for a passionate and driven Working Student in Tech & Ops to join our team. This is an in-person position based at our office in Berlin, with flexible hours that can accommodate your study schedule (up to 20 hours per week). This is a unique opportunity to experience the inner workings of a deep-tech startup and contribute to a variety of projects at the intersection of business operations, product and engineering. The role is designed for someone who is eager to learn, adaptable, and wants to understand how a tech business is built from the ground up.

Your Responsibilities

Work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment, supporting primarily engineering, product and the commercial teams with both strategic initiatives and hands-on operational tasks

Depending on your interests and our needs, your projects could involve:

• Conceptualizing and implementing insightful web dashboards
• Developing automated solutions to generate visual data using Generative AI
• Build software tools and automations for the business teams to enable efficient workflows
• Identifying opportunities and industries for further growth
• Taking responsibility for deploying custom hardware for our clients
• Take ownership of your own initiatives in areas that align with your strengths and interests
• Help to build and refine processes that will allow the company to scale effectively
  
  

Your Profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field)
• Available for at least 6 months
• A proactive, self-motivated individual who takes full ownership of your work and thrives on responsibility
• You have practical experience in coding and building tools from simple scripts to small software solutions to AI based automation flows using modern AI technologies..
• An enthusiastic and analytical problem-solver, eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, agile environment
• A strong communicator, comfortable with close collaboration
• Passionate about our mission and applying technology to solve real-world problems
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
