What awaits you?

  • You will support the software development life cycle to enhance battery systems, especially with React-based web applications for real-time monitoring.
  • Furthermore, you help to create intuitive UI designs, define user journeys and develop wireframes for our applications.
  • In addition, you contribute to software projects for robust data analysis and visualization of storage data using vehicle insights.
  • Moreover, you will assist in collaborating with engineers and data analysts to integrate innovative solutions.
  • You will gain valuable exposure to the latest software methodologies and trends in electromobility.


What should you bring along?

  • Studies in computer science, electrical engineering, data analytics or a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge in web development (React, JavaScript, etc.) and basic skills in Python.
  • Fundamental understanding of software development methodologies such as version control and Scrum.
  • Basic proficiency with data analysis tools and techniques (Python).
  • Knowledge of electrical engineering and battery technology is beneficial.
  • Team spirit and strong communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Wichtiges für Werkstudierende

Was dieses Praktikum im Bereich Tech in Munich für dich bedeutet — Vergütungsregeln, Sozialabgaben und worauf internationale Studierende achten sollten.

Wochenstunden

Praktika haben keine 20-Stunden-Grenze, ein freiwilliges Praktikum über drei Monate muss aber in der Regel mindestens den Mindestlohn zahlen. Pflichtpraktika im Studium sind davon ausgenommen.

Werkstudenten-Regeln

Sozialabgaben

Pflichtpraktika sind weitgehend von Sozialabgaben befreit. Freiwillige Praktika gelten ab einer gewissen Dauer als reguläre Beschäftigung, dann fallen meist Beiträge an.

Versicherung prüfen

Internationale Studierende

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
