Allianz is offering an exciting working student opportunity for motivated individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in the Allianz Cyber Defense Center (ACDC), the global team that works proactively with the business to protect Allianz against internal and external cyber threats.
As a Compliance & Audit Working Student, you will be responsible for supporting all audit-related activities within the ACDC, with a strong focus on evidence gathering, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration — particularly with the Compliance team. You will support, that the ACDC meets all internal and external audit requirements. This role offers you the opportunity to gain your first professional experience in the field of information security within an enterprise environment, and to learn how to navigate and contextualize complex processes and topic areas.
What You Do
- Independently create, compile and maintain audit evidence to support internal and external audit requirements. Request and collect evidence from relevant teams and stakeholders across the ACDC and ensure all evidence is accurate, complete, and delivered within required timelines.
- Serve as the central point of contact for all incoming audit inquiries and requests directed at the ACDC. Coordinate, track and respond to audit requests in a timely and structured manner as well as liaising with auditors to clarify requirements and ensure smooth audit processes.
- Continuously assess and improve audit-related processes and workflows within the ACDC. Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks in current evidence gathering and documentation practices.
- Develop and implement standardized procedures to enhance audit readiness.
- Create and maintain audit-relevant documentation in collaboration with all ACDC teams. Ensure documentation meets regulatory, compliance, and internal standards.
- Maintain a structured and accessible repository of audit artifacts.
- Work closely with all areas of the ACDC, with a particular focus on the Compliance function. Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate efficient evidence collection and support Compliance initiatives by providing relevant audit documentation and insights.
- Ongoing university studies with a focus on Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, Informatics, Compliance or similar study programs with excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Proactive, self-motivated and a team player.
- Willingness to work in documentation and collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence, JIRA).
- Openness to creative and innovative solutions, as well as a passion for working with forward-thinking technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal AllianzGPT.
