Job description

Introduction

YEARS is Germany's most advanced longevity clinic. We give people the ability to extend their healthy lifespan – through more than 35 diagnostic procedures, from full-body MRI and multi-cancer detection to epigenetic analyses. Making all of this run smoothly and at scale requires a strong technical backbone.

That's where you come in.
As a Founders Associate at the intersection of tech, operations and people, you'll keep building the internal operating system that powers YEARS. This is not a classic software engineering role – it's a fast-paced, hands-on position for anyone with a solid technical foundation who loves solving problems and wants to learn an enormous amount in a short time. You'll work closely with the founding team and directly shape how we build the new standard for preventive medicine in Germany.

Your mission

  • Own projects end-to-end: You'll own projects from idea to implementation. Every project has a direct impact on the company and on creating a new standard for preventive medicine.
  • Improve clinical & operational processes: You'll critically question existing workflows, analyze them and develop better solutions for a smoothly running organization.
  • Build new locations: You'll provide operational and technical support in setting up an additional clinic location.
  • Develop our Operating System: You'll continuously build and extend our internal operating system (built on Airtable) – the technical core that runs our clinical and operational workflows.
  • Process automation & AI: You'll identify manual, repetitive processes and replace them with smart, AI-powered automations – from workflow logic and tool integrations to connecting systems via APIs.

Your profile

  • You have a solid technical foundation and enjoy diving into new tools and systems.
  • You have experience with or strong interest in AI, process automation and working with APIs (bonus: experience with tools like Airtable, n8n or similar).
  • You work proactively, in a structured and solution-oriented way. When you say "I'll take care of it," it's done.
  • You're communicative and enjoy working at the intersection of tech and people.
  • You handle shifting priorities with ease and coordinate several projects in parallel.
  • Excellent German and English skills, written and spoken.
  • You're based in or around Berlin and can regularly come to our Health Center at Ku'damm.
  • You're studying Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business, Data Science or similar – or you bring a strong personal interest in tech & automation.

Why us?

  • Purpose-driven: Work on a vision that enables people to live longer, healthier and more active lives.
  • Path to full-time: This role offers a clear perspective on moving into a full-time position.
  • Applied AI, not R&D: You won't build models that never go live – you'll ship automations that create real impact from day one.
  • Modern workplace: A top-equipped working environment in the heart of Berlin with a view over the city – right at Ku'damm, including home-office options.
  • Knowledge edge: Into Andrew Huberman, Bryan Johnson and the like? With us you'll learn everything about the latest findings in aging research and preventive medicine – and work alongside leading experts.
  • Health perks: An annual full-body health check in our own Health Center.
  • Team spirit: Regular team events and an open, dynamic company culture.
  • More benefits: Attractive compensation and an Urban Sports Club membership.
