What we do Versa partners with Slalom Consulting to build high performing teams that enable our Seattle enterprise clients to scale and achieve their most important goals. How we do it We hire the top business, IT and industry professionals, on a project basis, as W-2 employees, with full benefits. We provide support and guidance to ensure each Versa associate is successful on their assignment. Between assignments, we maintain constant communication to provide a clear view of future work. Versa clients and projects are supported by a dedicated account leadership team from Slalom Consulting. We leverage Versa project resources on a variety of projects where scale is needed, often as part of a larger, Slalom team.
