What You'll Build

  • Support the product management team in tasks like project management, roadmap coordination, strategy development, prioritization, and stakeholder management
  • Create presentations, communications and documents for different audiences including executive level
  • Assist in gathering and analyzing data to support strategic decision-making and product prioritization
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of product strategies and initiatives
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and successful implementation of product plans
  • Help maintain and manage product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery and adjustment to dynamic business needs
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams, fostering a proactive, transparent, and united approach
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings, preparing reports and presentations to communicate project progress and insights

What You Bring

  • Enrolment in a Master’s degree program in Computer Science, IT, Artificial Intelligence, Business Informatics Business Management, Project Management, Product Management, or a related field
  • Excellent skills to create executive level presentation, documents as well as communication
  • Be able to consolidate information and feedback from different sources into a precise overview
  • Be able to leverage AI to optimize your work e.g., build Claude skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and within a team
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with attention to detail and deadlines
