Product AI Intern

Role Description As a Product AI Intern at Reserve•AI, you will support the product team in improving and refining AI voice agent behavior and features. On a day-to-day basis, you will help analyze call data, identify user needs, and contribute to product specifications and documentation. You will collaborate with product specialists, engineers, and customer-facing teams to gather feedback, test new features, and assist in optimizing workflows for service-based businesses. This is an internship role with a hybrid work arrangement, based in Berlin, Germany, with some remote work from home possible.

Qualifications

• Product-focused skills, including familiarity with Product Specialist responsibilities and interest in AI-driven software products.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and support data-informed product decisions.
• Clear and professional communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and documenting product requirements.
• Customer service orientation, with an understanding of the needs of service-based businesses such as restaurants and salons.
• Sales awareness or basic sales skills to understand customer value drivers and support product positioning.
• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or related areas).
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment in Berlin, Germany, with the ability to collaborate in English; German language skills are a plus.
• Interest in conversational AI, voice technologies, or SaaS products and a willingness to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
