In this role, you will:
- Champion the Employee Journey
Be a key player in everything from onboarding new hires to ensuring smooth offboarding – creating moments that matter at every step of the employee lifecycle. - Reimagine Performance Management
Help us explore best-in-class practices from top companies and shape a performance culture that inspires, motivates, and grows our team. - Turn Insights into Action
Work on designing and refining employee surveys (onboarding, pulse, exit) that actually drive change. You’ll gather real feedback and help transform it into improvements everyone can feel. - Be a Data Detective
Build ad hoc reports and dashboards that uncover trends, drive smarter decisions, and bring transparency to People Operations. - Create a Workplace Everyone Loves
Support day-to-day office management and help craft a space where people genuinely enjoy coming to work – organized, efficient, and full of good vibes. - Bring in the Bots
Help us explore and implement cutting-edge AI tools and automation to make our workflows faster, smoother, and smarter.
What you need to be successful:
- You are curious, proactive, and eager to learn, with a strong interest in innovation, technology, and emerging trends in business and finance.
- You have a willingness to explore new topics, take initiative, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- You bring solid communication skills and enjoy collaborating with diverse teams across functions.
- You are organized, detail-oriented, and excited to develop your project management abilities through hands-on experience.
- You speak English fluently, German is a plus.

Weekly hours
Internships have no 20-hour cap, but a voluntary internship longer than three months generally has to pay at least the German minimum wage. Mandatory internships in your study programme are exempt.

Mandatory internships are largely exempt from social contributions. Voluntary internships are treated like regular employment once they run long enough, so contributions usually apply.
