Working Student - Strategic Communications (m/f/d)

At Quantum Systems, we are shaping the future of AI-powered robotics and autonomous systems. Our Strategic Communications team drives the company’s global positioning across media, political stakeholders, industry partners, and the public. To support our growing international communications activities, we are looking for a motivated Working Student Strategic Communications to join our team.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Support the preparation of daily and weekly media monitoring reports for the Executive Leadership Team and C-Level stakeholders  

• Assist in the preparation and coordination of media interviews, press engagements, events, and communication briefings  

• Support the Global Strategic Communications Team with organisational and administrative tasks in day-to-day operations  

• Maintain and update media databases, press contact lists, communication trackers, and press materials  

• Help prepare presentations, briefing documents, talking points, and background materials  

• Support internal coordination with international teams and external communication partners
