Join the ZEISS Business Partner Program Team as a Marketing & Communications Intern (m/w/x) with a start in August/September 2026 and help shape the future of the ZEISS VISION CENTER and ZEISS Vision Expert network worldwide. Gain hands-on experience in global campaigns, digital marketing, and community management in an international environment.
Your Role
Global Marketing & Campaign Management
Support the development and execution of global marketing and branding strategies
Contribute to international program campaigns across multiple markets and channels
Help ensure brand consistency while adapting to local market needs
Coordinate projects across functions, regions, and teams and collaborate with global and local marketing teams as well as external partners
Communications & Community Management
Manage and further develop the ZEISS VISION CENTER global community
Plan and execute international communication campaigns and mailings
Create and maintain editorial plans for continuous communication
Support the implementation of automated communication processes
Digital Marketing & Content
Support social media channel management and digital marketing activities
Create engaging content and marketing assets for global audiences
Work with tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe Creative Suite Performance
Tracking & Insights
Prepare reports and KPI analyses to evaluate campaign performance
Derive insights and support data-driven decision making
Your Profile
Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Marketing, Communication, Business or similar
First practical experience in marketing, communication or project management
Strong communication and organizational skills
Structured, proactive, and able to work independently
Fluent in English, German is a plus
Interest in digital marketing, branding, and global business environments
Proficiency in PowerPoint
Ideally, experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and/or Adobe Premiere Pro
