To support our fast growing Li-Ion battery business in Europe we are looking for a new member to join our team in Ismaning (close to Munich) as
Working Student (m/f/d) Communication Team (Employer Branding)
Your Tasks:
- Develop creative content ideas to strengthen our employer brand across social media channels (LinkedIn & Instagram)
- Create, write and edit engaging content for internal and external communication platforms
- Design visual assets and graphics using Canva or similar design tools
- Support the creation of presentations, reports and communication materials
- Assist in the planning, organization and promotion of employee engagement and employer branding activities
- Support website and digital communication projects as needed
Your Profile:
- Currently enrolled in a university degree program
- Excellent written and spoken English skills; German is an advantage but not required
- Strong interest in communication, marketing or social media
- Creative mindset with strong writing and storytelling skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Experience with Canva or similar graphic design tools
- Good understanding of current social media trends and digital communication
- Organized, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks independently
- At least 3 months time to support us for approx. 20h/w
Nice to have:
- Previous experience in communications, marketing, social media or event management
- Basic knowledge of website content management systems (e.g. WordPress)
- Korean language skills
- Experience with photography, video editing or content creation tools
