Who We Are

Our mission has started. We are starting our own battery cell production in Battery Valley in Salzgitter and ramping up our headquarters for global cell production. Acting with integrity and compliance with rules in accordance with our values and standards is particularly important to us. Furthermore PowerCo wants to embed Sustainability in our business, aiming for a positive impact for society and nature.

Your Role And Key Responsibilities

• Join our Compliance & Sustainability team and support day-to-day operations
• Get hands-on experience in projects related to CO₂ emissions and supply chain responsibility
• Contribute to the rollout of our Responsible Sourcing Framework
• Help bridge regulatory requirements with pragmatic, business-oriented solutions
• Support stakeholder events, workshops, and internal engagement formats
• Create modern training and communication content – including AI-driven approaches
  
  

What You Bring To The Team

• Ongoing bachelor’s or master’s studies in the field of law, compliance, sustainability or related fields
• Business fluent in German and very good English language skills
• Sound knowledge of M365 tools
• High level of interest in the field of Compliance, Sustainability & Integrity
