Our mission has started. We are starting our own battery cell production in Battery Valley in Salzgitter and ramping up our headquarters for global cell production.The Strategy department is responsible for the development and implementation of the global PowerCo strategy. Responsibilities range from strategy development, market intelligence and business development to strategic partner management.
Your role and key responsibilities
- Support in planning, preparing, and carrying out political visits and appointments
- Support in researching stakeholder profiles, political topics and funding programs
- Support in the preparation and execution of policy and funding analyses
- Independent management of projects to inform the company about internal and external regulatory requirements for political advocacy and funding topics
- Support in creating reports and presentations for management
- Ongoing bachelor’s or master’s studies in the field of economics, social or political sciences or related fields
- Business fluent in English and very good/good German language skills
- Sound knowledge of MS Office programs, especially PowerPoint (incl. ThinkCell), Word and Excel
- High level of independent, solution-oriented, timely‑, and effective work
- First practical experience in the automotive or battery industry
- Structured way of working and good communication skills
- High level of self-motivation, initiative and willingness to learn
- Teamwork skills, flexibility and adaptability, as well as intercultural skills

Wichtiges für Werkstudierende

Wochenstunden
Praktika haben keine 20-Stunden-Grenze, ein freiwilliges Praktikum über drei Monate muss aber in der Regel mindestens den Mindestlohn zahlen. Pflichtpraktika im Studium sind davon ausgenommen.
Werkstudenten-RegelnSozialabgaben
Pflichtpraktika sind weitgehend von Sozialabgaben befreit. Freiwillige Praktika gelten ab einer gewissen Dauer als reguläre Beschäftigung, dann fallen meist Beiträge an.
Versicherung prüfenInternationale Studierende
Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
