Our Clinical Trial Services division is providing end-to-end support for clinical trials, including comparator sourcing, supply chain management, and regulatory support. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Clinical Trial Services team. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the management and operations of clinical trials, contributing to the success of innovative research and drug development.

We are looking for an Intern (m/f/d) Clinical Trial Services for a period of 6 months with starting on 1st of September 2026 in our headquarters in Mannheim.

Your Tasks

  • Comparator Sourcing: Assist the team with incoming requests for comparator sourcing by contacting our sourcing network, keeping track of requests and proposals, sending proposals to clients, and negotiating terms with both clients and suppliers.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with teams across Europe to secure optimal deals for comparator sourcing, while identifying stakeholders and understanding their communication and requirements.
  • Assist in Establishing Our Central Hub: We are developing a new centralized solution for comparator sourcing, which involves creating a central hub. Your role will include providing essential administrative support, such as facilitating the onboarding of suppliers and clients, comprehending project requirements, and enhancing communication across various teams.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general support to the Clinical Trial Services team, including organizing meetings, preparing reports, and tracking key metrics.

Your Profile

  • Current student or recent graduate in Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and interpret complex data.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • A keen interest in the pharmaceutical industry, with a passion for supporting innovative healthcare solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a must.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
