Description

As a Working Student in Finance and Accounting, you will gain comprehensive insights into key areas such as Finance, Accounting, Tax, Controlling, and Treasury. You will actively support our daily operations and be an integral part of our finance team. This position offers you an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an international SaaS company and learn the fundamentals of financial management.

Your Responsibilities

• Financial Operations:Assist with daily processes such as accounts payable/receivable, expense management, payments, and reporting.
• Data Management: Help reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports.
• International Tasks: Support financial activities across our multiple global entities.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare financial reports and ensure data accuracy.
• Project Participation: Work on financial projects, including ERP integration and audit preparation.
• Accounting & Tax: Assist with tax compliance, audits, and transfer pricing documentation.
• Controlling: Develop financial reports and support internal control processes.
• Treasury: Contribute to treasury process setup and optimization.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with finance managers on strategic and operational challenges.
  
  

Your Experience

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field at least 3rd Semester.
• You have strong analytical skills and enjoy working with numbers.
• You are tech-savvy and proficient in Excel.
• Eagerness to learn financial softwares systems like ERP or CRM
• You are proactive, reliable, a team player and willing to contribute in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Native German or at least C2 German skills are required
