Deine Aufgaben
- Du übernimmst Verantwortung für die Accounts Receivable und behältst offene Posten, Zahlungseingänge und Fristen zuverlässig im Blick
- Du bereitest Ausgangsrechnungen vor und versendest sie an unsere Kunden
- Du arbeitest eng mit Sales und Delivery zusammen und hast laufende Projekte stets im Blick
- Du unterstützt im Projektcontrolling und hilfst dabei, Abweichungen frühzeitig zu erkennen
- Du wirkst aktiv bei der Einführung der E-Rechnung mit
- Du analysierst und optimierst unsere Order-to-Cash-Prozesse und die dazugehörigen Tools
Dein Profil
- Du befindest dich in einem fortgeschrittenen Semester deines Bachelorstudiums oder absolvierst ein Masterstudium – idealerweise in Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder BWL mit Schwerpunkt Finance
- Du bist sehr sicher im Umgang mit MS Excel und hast Freude an komplexen Tabellen, Formeln und Pivot-Auswertungen
- Du hast erste relevante Praxiserfahrung durch ein Praktikum oder eine vorherige Werkstudententätigkeit gesammelt
- Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss
- Du kommunizierst auf Deutsch auf C2-Niveau und auf Englisch auf mindestens B2-Niveau
