About the Role
As a Working Student in the Quality Department, you will support project and departmental quality activities across the product lifecycle: from development to SOP.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, gaining hands-on exposure to automotive quality standards, project maturity management, audits, and continuous improvement in a real industrial environment.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to build practical experience in project quality assurance, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced, technology-driven organization.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support the Quality Department in day-to-day quality activities across projects and functions

  • Assist with the preparation, maintenance, and organization of quality documentation, templates, and reports

  • Support quality tracking, reporting, and KPI updates to improve transparency and follow-up

  • Assist in the preparation and follow-up of internal reviews, audits, and customer assessments

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, including documentation of lessons learned and best practices

  • Assist with data analysis and reporting related to quality topics (e.g. Excel-based tracking, dashboards)

  • Support cross-functional coordination by collecting and structuring inputs from relevant stakeholders

  • Provide general support to the Quality team based on current priorities and workload

Your Profile

  • Enrolled Master’s student in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field

  • Interest in quality management, quality assurance, and project environments within complex technical systems

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and inconsistencies in data and documentation

  • Structured and detail-oriented working style, with the ability to support tracking, reporting, and follow-up activities

  • Eager to learn and develop in the field of quality processes, methods, and standards

  • Highly motivated, proactive, and willing to take ownership of assigned topics and tasks

  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for technology-driven environments, particularly in the context of electric mobility and innovative systems

  • First exposure to quality standards, project processes, or engineering documentation

  • Familiarity with Office and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar

  • Strong team spirit and communication skills (English mandatory; German beneficial)
