- Daily monitoring of sales performance, products and order management
- External marketplace monitoring (shipments, returns, cancellations)
- Monitoring of incidents like customer requests in cooperation with customer service team
- Selection and upload of new products
- Preparation of analyses and reports
- Support for large projects and insights into project management
- Support for integration projects for new marketplaces
- Collaboration with other teams, such as pricing, buying, own labels, customer service or accounting
- Fluent in English
- Very good command of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Quick comprehension and structured and independent way of working
- Communication and organisational skills, ability to work in a team and creativity
