Job Description

• Daily monitoring of sales performance, products and order management
• External marketplace monitoring (shipments, returns, cancellations)
• Monitoring of incidents like customer requests in cooperation with customer service team
• Selection and upload of new products
• Preparation of analyses and reports
• Support for large projects and insights into project management
• Support for integration projects for new marketplaces
• Collaboration with other teams, such as pricing, buying, own labels, customer service or accounting
  
  

Qualifications

• Fluent in English
• Very good command of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Quick comprehension and structured and independent way of working
• Communication and organisational skills, ability to work in a team and creativity
