As a working student in our IT Project Management Team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to major IT transformation projects and support continuous improvement of processes, collaboration and ways of working. You will work closely with diverse stakeholders and gain valuable experience in project management, organizational change and transformation.
- Assist in planning and coordinating a major IT transformation project
- Support the design and implementation of team and department wide ways of working, contributing to continuous process improvement
- Assist in implementing new process and governance structures within our team to support the successful transformation of the organization
- Support data analysis and visualization by creating dashboards and reports in Excel and PowerPoint
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders and participate in cross-functional working groups to achieve project goals
- Contribute to change and communication activities within the transformation program
- Support the team identifying process bottlenecks and developing solutions-oriented approaches to improve efficiency
- Maintain project documentation and support the team in ensuring structured and consistent project processes
What Makes You A Fit
- Currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor or Masters program in Business Psychology, Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field with availability of approximately 12 months
- Strong interest in organizational transformation, change management, process optimization and new ways of working
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and an interest in collaborating with diverse stakeholders
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a strong desire to learn and develop
- Practical experience in project management, organizational development or process improvement, gained through internships or working student positions
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Strong attention to detail and a structured, team oriented way of working
