As a Working Student in Digital Transformation Finance, you will work closely with the Change and Training Management office of Hapag‑Lloyd AG. You will gain hands‑on experience in stakeholder engagement, communication, training coordination and program reporting while contributing to the company’s worldwide SAP S/4HANA transformation.
- Support change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning and readiness tracking
- Create and maintain communication materials such as PowerPoint presentations, newsletters, intranet articles and video scripts
- Coordinate training logistics: calendars, target groups, participant lists, invitations and follow‑ups
- Assist in Learning Needs Analysis and maintain training readiness trackers and status reports
- Review and quality‑check training content, Train‑the‑Trainer sessions and delivery materials
- Monitor training participation, completion rates, feedback, and open actions and propose follow‑up measures
- Organize project engagement events (townhalls, kick‑offs, workshops, virtual sessions) and handle logistics and documentation
- Maintain SharePoint sites and training documentation, ensuring up‑to‑date, structured, and accessible content and support program management reporting by preparing status updates for the transformation program
What Makes You A Fit
- Currently enrolled in a full-time university program in Business Administration, Communication, Psychology, IT Management or similar with availability of approximately 12 months
- Strong interest in digital transformation, change management, communication, and learning & development
- Proficient with MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, as well as SharePoint and MS Teams
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and experience working with data trackers and reports
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- Proactive, well‑organized and able to work both independently and in a team
- Comfortable coordinating with diverse stakeholders in an international environment
- Hands‑on attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced setting
