We are looking for a proactive, analytical and creative Working Student to join our Global Special Cargo - Strategy, Steering & Transformation team. You will work across performance analysis, management presentations, strategic initiatives, transformation projects and marketing communications, while exploring AI‑driven automation to make our processes smarter and more efficient.

What You'll Do

  • Support business and performance analysis using Excel, Qlik and other reporting tools to identify trends and opportunities
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations and management materials, turning data and complex topics into clear, compelling stories
  • Assist in regional and global performance steering, including meeting preparation, follow‑up and action tracking
  • Contribute to strategy and transformation initiatives through analysis, business case development and project coordination
  • Explore AI, automation and digital tools to simplify recurring processes and improve efficiency
  • Create engaging communication and marketing assets such as one‑pagers, visuals and internal newsletters
  • Support the organization of workshops, global meetings and special events
  • Bring creative ideas to enhance analysis, storytelling and collaborative work methods

What Makes You A Fit

  • Enrolled full‑time in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (e.g., Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Communication, Business Analytics, Logistics, Project Management) with availability of approximately 12 months
  • Strong Excel skills with confidence handling numbers and data; experience with Qlik or similar tools is a plus
  • Excellent PowerPoint abilities and a good eye for structure, visualization and design
  • Analytical mindset capable of turning raw data into meaningful business insights
  • Creative flair for storytelling, communication and marketing materials
  • Interest in transformation topics, AI, automation and digital ways of working
  • Very good written and spoken English; German language skills are a plus
  • Structured, proactive and hands‑on attitude with the ability to work independently and take ownership
