In this position you will assist product owners in shaping and delivering customer‑facing solutions. You will act as a communication hub, develop training content, support marketing initiatives and provide data‑driven insights on product performance, gaining hands‑on experience in logistics, digitalization and B2B communication.

What You'll Do

  • Support product owners in driving product development and implementation
  • Write clear meeting minutes and ensure effective communication across teams
  • Create and update training materials for new products together with the Global Training Management Team in India
  • Maintain up‑to‑date product training resources and ensure easy stakeholder access
  • Coordinate product‑related marketing activities with the Digital Marketing team in Hamburg
  • Prepare and manage internal communication campaigns around product launches and updates
  • Support the planning and execution of workshops, stakeholder sessions and surveys to gather feedback and continuously enhance product value
  • Prepare reports on product turnover, performance, and key objectives

What Makes You A Fit

  • Enrolled full‑time in a Bachelor's program (logistics, communications, business administration, supply chain, technology, engineering or related field) with availability of approximately 12 months
  • Analytical mindset with interest in linking data to operational processes
  • Very good Excel and PowerPoint skills; willingness to develop BI and Agile Project Management tool expertise
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English; ability to produce concise minutes, training materials, and reports
  • Proven track record of setting and achieving goals
  • Experience in marketing coordination or SharePoint is a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Team‑player with proactive communication style
