A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Working Student (f/m/d) in Global Facility Management Procurement, you will support the Head of Global Facility Management Procurement in managing a worldwide procurement portfolio. Working as part of a global team, you will gain valuable insights into strategic sourcing, supplier management, procurement transformation, and the delivery of Facility Management services across Siemens Energy locations worldwide. You will contribute to analytical, operational, and strategic activities while collaborating with international stakeholders and suppliers, helping to drive efficiency, standardization, and continuous improvement across the global FM organization.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Supporting global Facility Management Procurement projects and strategic initiatives
• Conducting market research, supplier analyses, and benchmarking activities to support sourcing decisions
• Assisting in tender preparation, bid evaluations, and supplier assessments
• Creating and maintaining procurement dashboards, reports, and performance analyses
• Supporting the development and implementation of global procurement standards, templates, and processes
• Collaborating with international stakeholders across Procurement, Real Estate, Facility Management, and other corporate functions

What You Bring

• Ongoing Bachelor's or Master's studies in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Facility Management, Real Estate Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Strong interest in strategic procurement, Facility Management, and international business operations
• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical mindset and structured way of working
• Ability to work independently while being an effective team player in an international environment
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English; German is considered a plus
