At our Excelitas site in Feldkirchen, we develop and produce highly complex optomechatronic components, assemblies and systems.

Key Responsibilities
Build the foundation for your HR career and become part of our Germany-wide HR team through a multi-month internship or working student position. At our Feldkirchen site, you will gain valuable experience in an international environment and learn about Recruiting & Candidate Management, Employee Relations, Employment Law, and HR Controlling.
As part of a variety of HR projects, you will support different HR functions and take responsibility for the following tasks:
- Actively support employees on a wide range of HR-related topics, including onboarding and offboarding, internal transfers, the preparation of employment contracts, and reference letters
- Independently coordinate and support recruiting activities, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate correspondence
- Contribute to HR marketing initiatives and talent development activities
- Actively participate in HR projects and independently take ownership of project-related tasks
Your Profile
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Human Resources, or a comparable field of study
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Quick learner with a structured, reliable, and detail-oriented way of working
- High level of commitment, flexibility, and enthusiasm for all aspects of Human Resources
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Fluent in German and good command of English
