Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable Working Student to support our IT team with day-to-day hardware operations and basic IT support tasks. This role is primarily focused on device handling, setup, and logistics, with some exposure to end-user support.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up laptops and other hardware (Windows & Mac)
- Support onboarding handling standardized kits
- Handle hardware logistics (inventory, packing, shipping, returns)
- Assist with workspace setup (monitors, docks, peripherals)
- Maintain accurate tracking of devices and assets
- Basic understanding of IT concepts and good logical thinking
- Hands-on and comfortable working with hardware
- Familiar with tools like Outlook, Teams, and basic Office 365 usage
- Able to follow structured processes and instructions
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Reliable and proactive mindset
- Initial experience in IT support or helpdesk
- Exposure to Windows/Mac device setup
- Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g. Jira)
- Devices are prepared and delivered on time
- Hardware inventory is well tracked and organized
- Basic user issues are resolved efficiently or escalated correctly
