- Du unterstützt uns beim Aufbau eines modernen Recruiting-Setups und arbeitest eng mit Foundern, Hiring Managern und dem Team zusammen
- Du identifizierst passende Kandidat über LinkedIn, Research und Active Sourcing – vor allem für Tech-, Energie- und Business-Rollen
- Du schreibst Kandidat aktiv an und entwickelst gemeinsam mit uns kreative Outreach-Ansätze statt generischer Recruiting-Massenansprache
- Du begleitest den Recruiting-Prozess von der ersten Ansprache bis zur Interviewkoordination und bekommst Einblicke in echte Hiring-Entscheidungen
- Du unterstützt beim Aufbau unserer Employer Brand, z. B. durch Recruiting-Content, Candidate Communication oder neue Ideen für unsere Außenwirkung
- Du arbeitest an HR- & People-Projekten rund um Candidate Experience, Employee Experience, Recruiting-Prozesse und interne Organisation mit
- Du hilfst dabei, Recruiting-Prozesse strukturiert aufzubauen, ohne unnötige Bürokratie zu schaffen
- Du bringst eigene Ideen mit ein und übernimmst Schritt für Schritt mehr Verantwortung
- Du hast Interesse an Recruiting, HR, Employer Branding oder Talent Acquisition
- Du hast Lust auf Active Sourcing und direkte Kommunikation mit Kandidat
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenständig und proaktiv
- Du kannst gut kommunizieren – schriftlich wie mündlich
- Du hast Lust auf ein Umfeld, in dem noch nicht jeder Prozess perfekt definiert ist
- Du interessierst dich für Start-ups, Technologie, KI oder moderne Arbeitswelten
- Du möchtest verstehen, wie modernes Recruiting wirklich funktioniert – nicht nur administrativ unterstützen
- Erste Erfahrungen in Recruiting, Kommunikation, Events oder HR sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss

Working students may work up to 20 hours a week during the semester and full-time during the breaks. Staying within this keeps your student status and the Werkstudent benefits.
