At Planet A Foods, you'll join a bold, highly committed, international team of scientists, engineers, operators, and industry experts united by one goal: creating real, measurable planetary impact.

As our People & Culture Intern / Working Student you will be the operational backbone of our P&C team. This is not an entry-level student role. You will dive straight into our systems, take ownership of our HR tool landscape, and keep our Planegg/Munich office running smoothly.

  • Support our recruiting activities by coordinating interviews and onsite visits
  • Own onboarding logistics by organizing and preparing everything needed for a seamless and unforgettable day one

The Perfect Recipe Of Skills & Experience

  • Practical Personio experience including a strong understanding of how to map workflows, manage data attributes, and optimize HR templates
  • A reliable on-site presence at our office in Munich-Planegg on your agreed working days, as being close to the team and office operations is key for this role
  • A proactive, hands-on mindset where you naturally take initiative, whether that means streamlining a spreadsheet or keeping our office spaces organized and welcoming
  • Strong communication skills in both English and German to interact seamlessly with our international team and local partners

This internship opportunity must be linked to a mandatory internship through a university and should last 6 months. We don't accept thesis projects.

  • A competitive compensation package and real opportunity to grow as the company scales
  • Stuff that other startups do as well (2.5 days vacation days per month, tasty lunches, snacks, drinks, vouchers, gym...).
  • PLUS: Chocolate. Every. Single. Day.
