The Dahua DACH team is currently seeking a talented Commercial/Inside Sales Intern (40 hours/week) to join us. The internship is for a duration of 6 months, with longer duration as well as an immediate start date preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contract Management: Support the review, execution, and signing process of commercial contracts.
• Order Management: Collaborate with Dahua DACH Sales, Business Operations, and Logistics departments to process, monitor, and manage the end-to-end order flow.
• Customer Liaison: Coordinate with relevant Account Managers (AM) or Business Development Managers (BDM) to maintain effective communication with customers regarding products and pricing.
• Data Maintenance: Update and maintain customer information and other internal platforms/CRM systems.

Requirements

• Education: Currently enrolled in or graduated with a Bachelor’s degree or higher. Majors in Business Administration or Accounting are preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel Function VlookUp, Outlook, and experience with CRM systems is preferred.
• Competencies: High level of accuracy in daily tasks, a strong sense of responsibility, and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
• Languages: Native fluency in Chinese; fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).
