About the Role

An early-stage B2B SaaS startup in the AI-powered procurement intelligence space is looking for a Founder's Associate Intern / Working Student to join the team in Berlin. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with the CEO to build the enterprise sales pipeline from the ground up — running high-volume outbound outreach, shaping the GTM playbook, and learning enterprise sales from first principles.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role ideal for someone early in their career who is curious about how large companies buy software, excited about outbound sales, and eager to operate in a fast-moving startup environment.

What You'll Do

  • Run outbound outreach at scale across email and LinkedIn to generate qualified enterprise conversations with procurement leaders at industrial manufacturers.

  • Research target accounts and identify the right contacts and trigger events for timely, personalized outreach.

  • Write and send personalized cold emails and LinkedIn messages in both German and English.

  • Manage and execute multi-touch sequences and follow-ups to maximize reply and conversion rates.

  • Track and report on open rates, reply rates, and conversion metrics; run A/B tests weekly to improve performance.

  • Enrich, maintain, and clean target account data in the CRM to keep the pipeline actionable.

  • Help prepare meeting materials including competitive research, company briefings, and tailored one-pagers.

  • Design and iterate on messaging experiments to inform the company's GTM playbook.

  • Sit in on strategy discussions, product demos, and investor conversations for full business context.

  • Take on ad-hoc tasks such as event prep, partnership research, market analysis, and investor deck updates as needed.

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

  • Based in Berlin and available to work from the Kreuzberg office (hybrid arrangements possible).

  • Current student or recent graduate in business, engineering, or a similarly rigorous field.

  • Demonstrated experience with outbound outreach at scale — researching target accounts, crafting personalized messages, and managing multi-touch sequences via email and LinkedIn.

  • Strong professional writing skills in both German and English (e.g., able to write a cold email in German to a Head of Procurement and an investor update summary in English).

  • Highly organized, reliable, and able to deliver consistent, high-quality work independently.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with evidence of having built, organized, or started something (club, side project, startup, etc.).

  • Comfortable making outbound sales work a core part of the role and iterating on outreach performance.

  • Experience using CRM systems to manage and track outreach data, metrics, and account information.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.

  • Some exposure to procurement processes or domain knowledge.

  • Interest or experience in B2B enterprise sales or AI-driven software products.

Location

This role is based on-site in Berlin, Germany (Kreuzberg), with hybrid flexibility. Candidates must be available to work from the Berlin office regularly. Visa sponsorship is not available — applicants must already have the right to work in Germany.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive working student / internship compensation.

  • Direct access to the CEO and exposure to all areas of an early-stage AI startup — strategy, sales, product, and investors.

  • Real ownership over pipeline outcomes from day one.

  • Fast-paced learning environment with a strong feedback culture.
