Your Tasks

As part of Global Quality Learning & Culture, you will help build the skills, mindset and culture that enable quality excellence across Beiersdorf.

• Create engaging learning materials, communication assets and digital content for trainings and events
• Support the implementation of learning initiatives, workshops and virtual learning sessions
• Develop creative concepts and campaigns that strengthen Quality Culture across Beiersdorf
• Research trends in learning, culture, employee engagement, AI-supported learning and capability building
• Contribute to projects that make Quality visible, meaningful and relevant for employees around the world
  
  

Your Profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, preferably in Business Psychology, Educational Science, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Communication or related fields
• First experience in learning & development, training, or culture projects is a plus
• Strong interest in employee learning, capability building and organizational culture
• Creative mindset and enthusiasm for turning ideas into engaging employee experiences
• Structured way of working and strong organizational skills
• Confident use of PowerPoint and Microsoft 365
• Experience with digital learning tools is a plus
• Fluent in English; German is beneficial
• The role requires partial on-site presence in line with company regulations
