Working Student in International HR (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities:

  • You play a key role in supporting our internationally operating HR team by handling a variety of operational tasks across all relevant HR areas, including Recruiting, Learning and Development, HR administration, and HR projects
  • Thereby, you actively contribute to the organization and coordination of recruiting processes - from drafting, translating, and publishing job advertisements to scheduling interviews and creating engaging social media content
  • You support the planning and execution of training and development initiatives
  • Furthermore, you assist in preparing presentations, reports, and analyses
  • You contribute to international HR projects and potentially take over smaller initiatives
  • In addition, you support general administrative tasks, such as maintaining and updating HR data to ensure accuracy and efficiency across systems

Your profile:

  • Your studies in Business Administration, Psychology, HR, Social Sciences, or a comparable field continue for at least another year
  • You have a strong interest in international HR topics and ideally bring along some initial practical experience in HR
  • A structured, careful, reliable, and self-driven way of working defines your approach
  • Your strong communication skills and collaborative team spirit convince us
  • Furthermore, you are confidently using MS Office, especially Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile
