HR Intern (m/f/d)

Job description

ATMOS Space Cargo is seeking an HR Intern to support across the core HR team. This role provides hands-on exposure to HR administration, recruitment support, and people operations within a fast-growing aerospace startup, working closely with the HR team and key internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• You will support day-to-day HR administrative and people operations tasks
• You will assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• You will maintain and update employee data, personnel files, and HR systems
• You will support recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and candidate communication
• You will assist in preparing contracts, certificates, and HR-related documentation
• You will help coordinate internal HR processes, trainings, and meetings
• You will support employees with basic HR-related inquiries
• You will contribute to HR projects and continuous process improvements

Profile required

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail
• Discrete and reliable handling of confidential information
• Comfortable working with MS Office or Google Workspace
• Proactive, structured, and hands-on working style
• Very good written and spoken German (C1) or French (C1)
• Very good written and spoken English (B2)
• Availability to be on-site in our Lichtenau office

Preferred qualifications

• First practical experience in HR, administration, or people operations
• Interest in HR processes within a technical or engineering-driven environment
• Experience working with HR tools or applicant tracking systems
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
