Influencer marketing intern - Dutch-speaking (All Genders)

As part of our Netherlands Expansion team, you’ll play an active role in expanding our influencer marketing network across the Netherlands. You’ll research, connect, and build relationships with creators, help structure partnerships, and support our deal-making process from first outreach to campaign handover.

YOUR TASKS

• Creator Outreach: Identify and contact new creators in the Netherlands who fit the ahead brand
• Relationship Building: Support authentic relationships with influencers, agencies, and managers
• Deal Support: Assist in preparing proposals, gathering insights, and tracking negotiations
• Pipeline Management: Keep our creator database and partnership pipeline updated and organized
• Market Research: Track Dutch influencer trends, pricing, and Creator Economy developments
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Influencer Marketing Team and Expansion teams to ensure smooth campaign setups
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• Currently studying in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field
• Passion for social media, influencers, and brand storytelling
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English (spoken & written)
• Organized, self-driven, and eager to learn how growth and partnerships work in real life
• Plus: You already follow your favorite Dutch creators on Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube and have a sense of what makes great content

This role is based in our Hamburg or Berlin office, with the flexibility of up to 2 home office days per week, or remote work from Amsterdam, as well as the option to work from abroad for agreed upon periods. If this resonates with you, you can dive into the next steps as outlined below!
